Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Cushions Galore. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at cushioncoversgalore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
